Some items featured on the site are available only in limited quantities. Display of an item on kemptondandco.com is not a guarantee that the item is currently in stock or that it will be available on your next visit to the website. Dimensions such as 13.5" x 17" x 2.25" read as follows: The first number (13.5”) refers to the length, the second number (17”) refers to the height, and the third number (2.25”) refers to the width (if applicable). While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of color representation on the site, actual color may vary due to differences in the settings of monitors, software, or printers.

Shipping

Kempton & Co. LLC will notify you when your items are shipped. Please allow 8-10 business days for the arrival of your order within the U.S. (longer for Alaska and Hawaii, and during holiday times), if you selected the free shipping option.

For international orders, Kempton & Co. will contact you to confirm shipping costs and details after your order is placed.If the recipient's address is outside of the US, you should check the duties and taxes that may apply. These charges are not calculated at check out. These charges are your responsibility and will be payable upon delivery of your item.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Cut off time for Next Day Delivery is 1.00 pm EST.  If something is urgent, please call us and we will try to accommodate your request. If you decide to have your purchase shipped to an address different from your billing address, you might be contacted by Kempton & Co. to verify the order and the charge. This is to protect both you and Kempton & Co. against fraud.

Damaged Items

To offer the most effective customer service, please contact the retailer where you purchased your item. If you purchased online at www.kemptonandco.com, email info@kemptonandco.com  or call +1.718.596.2225. We strongly advise all customers to check purchases thoroughly upon delivery, before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging. If your item is faulty on receipt, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange for an exchange. We may require evidence of the fault in the form of photographs. Do not attempt to repair an item yourself. Goods repaired by a third party are not returnable. 

Please note, it may be necessary to provide proof of purchase in order to confirm that your repair request is covered by our policy.

Cut off time for FedEx 2 day shipping and Next Day Delivery is 1pm EST. Weekend orders will be processed on next business day. If something is urgent please call us and we will try to accommodate your request.

For UberRUSH delivery please note pick up and delivery times are not in our control.  Please call us on 718 596 2225 or use our chat function with any concerns about timing and please make sure someone is available to receive the item.  If the item gets returned to us as you are not there to receive it, you will be charged the return and new outbound fee to have the item redelivered. This is calculated as actual current UberRUSH rate not our flat fee.  For our flat fee we use UberRUSH as far as Upper East Side and Upper West Side.  For Harlem, Upper Manhattan, Inwood and Washington Heights a custom UberRUSH charge would need to be applied. Please call us for this on 718 596 2225.

*HOLIDAY SHIPPING*  Cut off day for domestic complimentary shipping for orders $350 or more, in order to receive in time for the holidays is 12/15/16 11.59pm.  Please select an expedited shipping option to guarantee delivery in time thereafter.  

RETURNS/ EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with your purchase online, you can return the unused full price merchandise for exchange/refund only within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. Store credit is valid for 6 months. We will issue a credit or exchange excluding shipping charges, in this matter, additional charges may apply. Unfortunately, SALE ITEMS, HOLIDAY CANDLES, HATS, FRAGRANCE, LOTIONS, MONICA CASTIGLIONI JEWELRY, FIN JEWELRY AND SUNGLASSES ARE NOT RETURNABLE.

To make a return please follow the instructions below

-Please email info@kemptonandco.com and provide your name, date of order and order number stating your reason for return. Your order number should be included on and in your package.

-You may ship the item using any method you like. The item you are returning is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the package using a delivery service that will insure and track your goods such as FedEx.

-The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility; any shipping charges incurred by Kempton & Co. LLC to send the item to you initially will be deducted.

-Please note that item(s) should be returned in the original packaging

-Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside USA.   

Please be aware that when returning items from outside of the USA, international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT the responsibility of Kempton & Co. LLC. It is the customer’s responsibility to track packages and pay any possible customs duties and sales taxes in order to ensure delivery of return.
