We sincerely hope you are happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the postmarked delivery date on full-price items only. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. As a small business, we are unable to offer free returns at this time.

Return & Exchange Policy

Full-priced items purchased online in the U.S. are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of the postmarked delivery date. All sales are final after 30 days.

Items must be received by our warehouse within 30 days of delivery to qualify. Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted. All items must be unused, with original tags, packaging, and barcode intact.

Once your return or exchange is received and inspected, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. A $5 restocking fee plus any original shipping costs paid by Kempton & Co will be deducted before a refund or exchange is issued.

Orders with Pre-Loved Coupon Codes

If a pre-loved trade-in coupon code was applied to your order, the coupon will be forfeited if the item is returned and cannot be reused.

If Route insurance is removed at checkout, we are not responsible for lost packages or replacement items.

Refunds are available for online purchases only.

International Shipments & Returns

International returns are accepted. Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for paying all duties, taxes, and return shipping costs. Unpaid duties resulting in returned packages will incur additional return shipping charges.

If Route insurance is removed, Kempton & Co is not responsible for lost or replacement packages.

Return & Exchange Process

To request a return or exchange, email returns@kemptonandco.com with your name, order number, order date, item name, and reason for return. Returns without authorization will not be accepted.

Wait for instructions before sending your return.

DO NOT send returns to the address on your order confirmation or original shipping label.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items remain the customer’s responsibility until received. We recommend insured and trackable shipping (UPS or FedEx).

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility; original shipping charges may be deducted.

Final Sale

All sale items are Final Sale . Final sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or price adjustments.

Items purchased at events (Pop-Ups, Trunk Shows), sample sales, and third-party items are Final Sale.

Sample Sale

Sample sale items are sold as-is, with no warranty or repairs, and cannot be altered. All sample sale purchases are final.

Pre-order and personalized items are custom made and are not returnable.

Holiday 2025 Return Policy

Full-price purchases made between December 15–24, 2025 may be returned or exchanged through January 31, 2026. Items must be unused. Third-party items are excluded.

Carrier delays may occur during peak seasons. If tracking shows no movement, please contact UPS or USPS directly. Expedited shipping does not guarantee delivery.

Please note we do not do price adjustments for previously purchased items that may go on sale.
