Kempton & Co. LLC will notify you when your items are shipped. Please allow 8-10 business days for the arrival of your order within the U.S. (longer for Alaska and Hawaii, and during holiday times), if you selected the free shipping option.

For international orders, Kempton & Co. will contact you to confirm shipping costs and details after your order is placed.If the recipient's address is outside of the US, you should check the duties and taxes that may apply. These charges are not calculated at check out. These charges are your responsibility and will be payable upon delivery of your item.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Cut off time for Next Day Delivery is 11:45 AM EST.  If something is urgent, please call us and we will try to accommodate your request. If you decide to have your purchase shipped to an address different from your billing address, you might be contacted by Kempton & Co. to verify the order and the charge. This is to protect both you and Kempton & Co. against fraud.

Damaged Items

To offer the most effective customer service, please contact the retailer where you purchased your item. If you purchased online at, email  or call +1.718.596.2225. We strongly advise all customers to check purchases thoroughly upon delivery, before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging. If your item is faulty on receipt, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange for an exchange. We may require evidence of the fault in the form of photographs. Do not attempt to repair an item yourself. Goods repaired by a third party are not returnable.
