HOW it WORKS
Submit Your Bag for Review
Fill out this form with details about your Kempton & Co. bag. Be sure to include:
Clear photos of the bag and proof of purchase (from our website or an authorized retailer)
Only bags in good condition will be considered for resale.
Pre-approval process
Once we receive your submission, we will review your request. If your bag meets our criteria, we will send you a pre-approval to proceed with shipping the bag to us for final in person inspection.
Ship Your Bag to Us
You will be responsible for the shipping costs and any associated handling fees. Please ensure the package is properly secured and includes tracking.
(Kempton & Co. cannot assume responsibility for lost or damaged shipments.)
Final Approval
Upon receipt and inspection of your bag, we will confirm whether it has been approved for resale.
- If the bag is approved for resale, you will receive a coupon code worth 20% of its original price, in exchange.
- If, for any reason, the bag does not meet our standards, we will return it to you.
Using Your Coupon
Your coupon can be applied to a future order totaling $250 or more.
Please note that the coupon is valid for one-time use only.

What We Consider a Bag in “Good Condition”
For your bag to be eligible, we ask that it meets the following condition requirements:
- Clean exterior and interior (free from significant stains or dirt)
- No major scratches.
- Handles and straps should be securely attached and in good condition
- Zippers and closures must be fully functional
- Hardware should be intact and free from damage
- No noticeable discoloration or fading
- No strong odors (such as smoke or mildew)
