Do not attempt to repair an item yourself. Goods repaired by a third party are not returnable.

Complimentary shipping is valid for orders $350 or more and is a standard shipping option. It is advised not to select if you live in a building with no one to receive your packages, if you are not home. We cannot be responsible for packages left unattended. Please select our insured options in that instance with a signature required, so the mail carrier can schedule an alternate delivery time if you are not home.
For international orders, please enter checkout and the DHL rate will be determined by weight and country. We are not responsible for duties and taxes of the package entering a different country.

For SAME DAY NYC delivery please note pick up and delivery times are not in our control. Exclusions apply. Please call us on 718 596 2225 or use our chat function with any concerns about timing and please make sure someone is available to receive the item. If the item gets returned to us as you are not there to receive it, you will be charged the return and new outbound fee to have the item redelivered. This is calculated as actual current ZIPMENTS rate not our flat fee. For our flat fee SAME DAY DELIVERY IN NYC we use ZIPMENTS as far as Upper East Side and Upper West Side. For Harlem, Upper Manhattan, Inwood and Washington Heights a custom ZIPMENTS charge would need to be applied. Please call us for this on 718 596 2225.
SAMPLES purchased in our sample sale are sold in an as is condition with no warranty for repair and are final sale. They also cannot be adjusted-handle length etc. Please purchase our highly discounted samples at your own risk as they are not production approved.
Purchases made in-store are limited to Exchange Only.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase online, you can return the unused full price merchandise for exchange/refund only within 14 days of delivery of your purchase. Store credit is valid for 6 months. We will issue a credit or exchange excluding shipping charges, in this matter, additional charges may apply. Unfortunately, SALE ITEMS, HOLIDAY CANDLES, HATS, FRAGRANCE, LOTIONS, MONICA CASTIGLIONI JEWELRY, FIN JEWELRY AND SUNGLASSES ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
To make a return please follow the instructions below
-Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your name, date of order and order number stating your reason for return. Your order number should be included on and in your package. Await advice as to where to send the item you wish to return.
DO NOT SEND TO ADDRESS ON YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL OR FROM THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING LABEL.
-You may ship the item using any method you like. The item you are returning is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the package using a delivery service that will insure and track your goods such as FedEx or UPS.
-The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility; any shipping charges incurred by Kempton & Co. LLC to send the item to you initially will be deducted.
-Please note that item(s) should be returned in the original packaging.
-Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside USA.

It is the customer’s responsibility to track packages and pay any possible customs duties and sales taxes in order to ensure delivery of return.
