Dimensions of 13.5" x 17" x 2.25" read as follows: The first number (13.5”) refers to the length, the second number (17”) refers to the height, and the third number (2.25”) refers to the width (if applicable).

Color
While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of color representation on the site, actual color may vary due to differences in the settings of monitors, software, or printers.

Shipping
Kempton & Co. LLC will notify you when your items are shipped. Please allow 8-10 business days for the arrival of your order within the U.S. (longer for Alaska and Hawaii, and during holiday times) if you selected the free shipping option. For international orders, Kempton & Co. will contact you to confirm shipping costs and details after your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Cut of time for Next Day Delivery is 1pm EST.  If something is urgent please call us and we will try to accommodate your request.

If you decide to have your purchase shipped to an address different from your billing address, you might be contacted by Kempton & Co. to verify the order and the charge. This is to protect both you and Kempton & Co. against fraud.

If the recipient's address outside of the US you will need to check the duties and taxes that may apply. These charges will not be calculated at the check out. These charges are your responsibility and will be payable upon delivery of your item.

Damaged Items

To offer the most effective customer service, please contact the retailer where you purchased your item. If you purchased online at www.kemptonandco.com, email info@kemptonandco.com  or call +1.347.916.0061. We strongly advise all customers to check purchases thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging. If your item is faulty on receipt, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange for an exchange. We may require evidence of the fault in the form of photographs. Do not attempt a repair an item yourself. Goods repaired by third party are not returnable.

RETURNS/ EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the unworn merchandise for exchange, refund or store credit only within 14 day of receipt of your purchase. Store credit is valid for 1 year. We will issue a credit or exchange excluding shipping charges, in this matter, additional charges may apply.

To make a return please follow the instructions below

-Please email info@kemptonandco.com to receive a return # and confirmation. This number should be included on and in your package.

-You may ship the item using any method you like. The item you are returning is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the package using a delivery service that will insure and track your goods such as UPS.

-The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

-Please note that items should be returned in its original packaging

-Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside USA.   

Please be aware that when returning items from outside of the USA, international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT the responsibility of Kempton & Co. LLC. It is customer’s responsibility to track packages and pay any possible customs duties and sales taxes in order to ensure delivery of return.

Shipping
